Prerna Bharadwaj graduated from NIFT, Kolkata with The Best Design Collection trophy in 2006.The young designer started her label more than a year ago. Prernas creations are fusion of the Victorian charm and details which are seamlessly blended with Indian creativity. Her styles see mixing of diverse Indian culture with international trends to produce the Indian urban combo.
She specializes in both Indian and Western wear. Her address to the fashion scene is intelligent and studied, yet imaginative and inspired. Collections at the Prakriti Design Studio, her workshop cum studio boast of an array of ensembles where drapes, detailing and elements of embellishment play the pivotal role.
Prerna has showcased her styles successfully in Indian and International fashion platforms. Her mission at Prakriti Design Studio is to yield assorted range of clothing which can transform fashion from a far-flung runway utopia to smart, wearable, elegant and meaningful fashion.
