Handlooms and avant garde designs go hand in hand this season at Myoho. Inspired by the mystifying mayan kingdom, this collection is all about bold aztec prints and layered embroideries, fluidity and structure and wel,, dusty brights and charcoal hues.

Nature-inspired collection Anand Kabras showcase this season is all about earthy tones and voluminous silhouettes. Flora and fauna played an important role in the collection with lotus leaf, lotus flower and rippled reed prints dominating the entire collection.

Its the land of the loud and lavish and for ages has supplied the colour and music that north Indian weddings so heavily depend on. Punjab maybe largely known for its bhangra and phulkari but soon enough itll also be known as the market Indian designers are making a beeline for.
Mrinalini @ WIFW AW 12
Inspired by geometrical shapes and colourful ideas, Mrinalinis collection was all about animated outlines and illustrative gradients. The happy rainbow colours and paired with origami-like colour squares added to the charm of the collection. The silhouettes are not conventional there are wrap jackets, shifts, power shoulders and quilted tops.
S & N Drape by Shantanu & Nikhil @ WIFW AW 12
The masters of drape Shantanu & Nikhil once again team up to give us a spectacular show with lace, velvet, sequin and metallic influences. The drape once again takes precedence over the collection and this time, there are newer additions, like the heavily sequined wraps, velvet jackets and dramatic boleros.
Preeti Chandra @ WIFW AW 12
Preeti Chandra works the Indian warrior look with beaded embellishments on jackets and statement accessories. The collection generously uses velvet in maxi dresses and shifts giving the show a Middle Eastern feel.
