ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an organized and proactive Sampling Coordinator to manage the complete sampling process from design development to final approval. The role requires close coordination with Design, Merchandising, Production, Vendors, Sampling Units and Artisan Teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate sampling from first sample to fitting, corrections and final
- Understand designs, measurements, fabrics, embroidery, embellishments and garment
- Coordinate with vendors, tailors, sampling units and artisans to ensure timely
- Track sample status, fittings, alterations, approvals and delivery
- Maintain an updated Sampling Tracker and provide regular status
- Ensure samples meet the required design, quality, fitting and finishing
- Identify delays or execution issues and proactively coordinate for
- Manage multiple styles and timelines
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2–5 years of experience in Sampling, Garment Production, Fashion Merchandising or Product
- Experience in designer fashion, premium apparel, Indian wear or luxury fashion
- Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, fittings and
- Strong vendor coordination, follow-up and communication
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and problem-solving
