Sayana Gonzalez is of Argentinean origin and married to an Indian National, she is currently based in Delhi and works as a Creative Director for her own label deWAR.
Sayana spent her childhood in Argentina and later moved to Paris to study Fashion Design. Sayana holds BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) Degree in Fashion Design from Parsons School, New York. She additionally holds a Masters degree in Luxury Brand Management from the London School of Business and Finance. Being a fashion aficionado, she showed great passion in the field of fashion at an early age. Growing up, she had a great desire to restore her grandmothers label deWAR and taking the family inheritance forward.
Her outlook on fashion is reflected through her brand—-keeping it tasteful yet unpretentious. Minimal, classy and chic are the key elements that define her collection each season.
She firmly believes that surrounding herself with things which she considers beautiful will eventually reflect more aesthetic synergy to her brand. She draws inspiration from jewelry, interiors, architecture, textile, and lighting and her travels.
