Karishma Deepa Sondhi

The brand Karishma Deepa Sondhi is owned by the mother daughter duo. Karishma takes care of designing and Deepa handles the marketing and production.  Karishma did her under graduate from Pearl Academy of Fashion and completed her master’s from Parsons School of Fashion New York. She also carried out her fashion communications and styling from Heriot Watt University, Scotland and  NABA (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti) Milano, respectively.  Deepa, on the other hand is a self-made designer who has a keen eye for fashion and is a business maker.

Karishma Deepa Sondhi aims to carve a niche in fashion by offering contemporary, luxurious prêt and couture with a distinct house signature style. Structured drapes and fitted silhouettes are made keeping the Indian sensibilities in mind. The craftsmanship is very distinct and the forte of the label is intricate hand embroideries done with finesse using materials like zari, dabka, sequins, katdana, resham and bugle beads.
