Kiran graduated in fashion designing from Sophia Polytechnic, Mumbai. And then trained in London, with well- known British designer Jasper Conran, where she learnt to focus on detail and style. This was an amazing experience and has imparted an international appeal to my style.
She launched her label Kimono soon after. Kimono offers the discerning woman a complete range of prêt, couture and accessories. Her collections combine understated classic elegance with contemporary flair, shaped silhouettes and drapes with in your face colours. The range of womens wear include kurtas, lehengas, shararas, sarees, sarongs and kurtis in her signature techno colours with a strong, slim silhouette.
Accessories include a funky line of handbags and mules to wrap up the Kimono look In style. As a fashion business house Kimono has grown steadily and the years of hard work have paid off and they have established themselves as top selling label across leading fashion stores.
