Pooja Kapoor is a fashion design graduate from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT, New Delhi) with a MA in Design and Manufacture from DeMontfort University in Leicester, UK.
After gaining invaluable work experience of over 4 years in London, she moved base to India in 2009, to launch her eponymous womens wear brand and has been growing from strength to strength. Her signature style combines sophisticated, chic styling with immaculate fit and construction, balanced with beautiful textural details and highlighted with light embellishments.
Her designs are best described as high street prêt; efficient practical fashion that finds a balance between the creative and the commercial. Her motivation is to create a modern wardrobe responding to a womans quest for everyday ease and elegance throughout the day.
