Sabashe by Sabah Khan is an unconventional label that derives its inspiration from the changing face of India. It has the vision of creating conceptual key pieces for the wardrobe which represents the energy and vibrancy of the country.
The inspirations are unusual for this designer who translates them into eccentric and edgy garments. Mumbai serves as her canvas and translates beautifully into her designs. A few of her popular collections include No Class inspired by Asias second largest slum Dharavi for which she also received a letter of appreciation from HRH Prince of Wales, tuk-tuk, Darzi, a tribute, Cutting Chai, Sabzi Mandi and Aur ek cutting chai. Sabahs work strongly includes the use of linens, quirky prints, colour blocking and patchwork as her main design elements.
