FDCI ANNOUNCES THE SHOW SCHEDULE & LIST OF DESIGNERS PARTICIPATING AT
WILLS LIFESTYLE INDIA FASHION WEEK – AUTUMN-WINTER 2013
123 designers showcasing through Runway and Exhibition
33 shows during the 5-day fashion event
New Delhi, February 18, 2013: Fashion Design Council of India, today announced the show schedule for the upcoming Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week, A/W 2013 along with the list of designers participating at the event. This season of WIFW A/W’13 will witness the participation of 123 designers from a mix of leading, as well as upcoming designers from all over the country.
The much-awaited fashion fiesta will take off in March with designers showcasing their magnificent creations. The five-day fashion event from March 13-17, 2013 at Hall no. 18, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi will see innovative themes and out-of-the-box conceptualizations through 32 shows which will wow the runway, hoping to leave guests in awe of the splendid shows.
Announcing the list of designers, Mr. Atul Chand, Divisional Chief Executive, ITC’s Lifestyle Retailing Business and Mr. Sunil Sethi, President, FDCI said,” Designers have the power to influence global fashion with their unique designs. These myriad style gurus are ready to showcase their creations both on the runway and exhibition area. The interesting mix of innovation, creativity and tradition will usher in the best at the WIFW Autumn-Winter showing, this season. I wish them the very best for the upcoming show.”
