Inspired by architecture, structure and fantasy Amits label is a blend of all his inspirations in a more “realistic” and “mature” understanding of the markets in Europe and India.
Amits career in fashion began when he passed up a graduate course at Londons prestigious Central Saint Martins fashion school to design for the king of drapes, Tarun Tahiliani, who spotted his to-be acolyte at the National Institute of Fashion Technology graduation show where he was a judge.
Amits label Morphe is about the metamorphosis of raw influences, into clothes that are modern, eclectic and that transcend singular fads. The focus is on creating garments that have a unique global vibe.
