“My collection is inspired from Chess Fever, an old Russian short film”, says Priyanka. Its a collection wherein a bride nearly gets mad because her betrothed has more interest in chess than in her (and everybody around her likewise). The tale of fantasy world is created in this collection using the tawny browns, black, ivory, coal grays, cabernet, mineral greens and golds. The clothes feature gowns, straight lined dresses in marabou fur, leather, tussar and munga silks, silk chiffons & georgettes and rich Chantilly laces giving emphasis on cuts, textures, necklines and lot of fabric mixtures on a silhouette. The designs are modern, glamorous and expressive with a sense of elegance.
