Fluid’ 23 | Re Align
PAUSE. REFLECT. RESUME
Upholding the principle of coexistence, Diksha Khanna takes a fresh approach for Fluid 2023, derived from the concept of Liminality. Liminal spaces exist around us, a state of transcendence that takes us beyond boundaries and brings us back with a newer identity. The beauty of being there in a moment, reflecting and moving ahead inspires the intriguing mix of natural dyed Handwoven Denims and Linens in Indigo, Rubia Orange and Arabica Browns, neutralised with ivory and beiges. Empty stairwells have been re-imagined as 3D ladder hems on coat Lapels. Random Abstractness has been interpreted through a prism of Cord ravel techniques forming patterns on Breezy Linens. It’s like an intangible gateway to freedom and creativity. Age old eco leaf dyeing on sheer hand-woven Chanderi has been used in the shapes within the androgynous range, sharply contrasted by the hand distress ruggedness of Khadi Denim.
We aim to Look out for spaces that transcend life through this novel collection.
