JJ Valaya

JJ Valaya is a founding member of the Board of Governors of the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI), and the first official brand ambassador for global crystal giant, Swarovski. Showcasing his Couture 2022 collection, Alma, marks the completion of 30 years of JJ Valaya. The history of this season’s inspiration, Spain, goes back to over a million years. His three constant expressions (Royale~Nomade~ArtDeco) find their soulmates in three diverse yet well-known facets of Spain, namely:

1. The Matadors (Matador de Toros)
2. The Manton shawls (Manton de Manila)
3. The Spanish Hand Fan (Pericon)

Luxurious fabrics, elegant details, inspired prints and of course, his timeless and much loved embroideries define this season’s Couture collection in all its glory as it transcends its journey blending nuances of his 30 year legacy with that of his current collection Alma.
