Karishma Shahani Khan

Karishma Shahani Khan is an alumnus of the London College of Fashion. Founder of label Ka-Sha, her aesthetic is deeply rooted in sustainable practices to create conscious clothing that focuses on functionality and multi-layered roles of human kind. The recipient of various design honors, Shahani-Khan engages extensively with institutions to interact with education systems of design on different levels.

Our new capsule ‘Ramta’ is an interpretation of our ever-evolving self. The pieces draw from the spirit that soars and the wild heart who gives no apologies as it finds magic in the ordinary. Structured yet fluid, minimal yet bold. Our pieces are lightly embroidered, appliquéd and dyed in deep blues, purples & reds in layers that are interchangeable with one another. The collection primarily encompasses handloom and woven cotton pieces and lighter fabrics such chanderi, mul and silk blends have also been used.
