Birth and Basis | The Inception

Prreeti Jaiin Nainutia, born and brought up in Meerut, a fair and lively city of dreams and dreamers. Little did one know that her passion for design (what), sincere dedication (how) and her sheer love for the world (why) was the only impetus behind the attainment of a successful businesswoman flair.

As the founder of ‘Nirmooha’ her inclination towards art, design and craftsmanship inspired her to lay the brick 5 years ago. Located in Mumbai, the studio is a heart-warming site with its own construction and display verticals.

Boon | The Contribution

Everyone does this in different ways. To visualise the dream of a greener and better tomorrow. Each particle circulating on its own tune of movements for millennium and she thought how does the glimpse into the future looks like?

A craftsman pulled the traces back to the roots of presence. The journey goes on with the motion of tenderness towards what we call Earth.

The best way to give and pledge for a greener world is to pay it forward. To share real stories of the undertaking. Planting 1000 mighty trees of Earth, Nirmooha takes pride in giving back to the society, and ultimately, the Earth. As a cruelty-free brand, it has been reassuring to rooting out the environmental distress.

Taking this as an opportunity to give the nature back for our better tomorrow, we take pride in existing as a deservedly nature-friendly brand. Hence, as a responsible brand towards sustainability, in association with the Forest Department of Maharashtra, we planted 1000 teak trees in Hirwara Range of Nagpur Region of Maharashtra which will help in reducing carbon footprint from our environment.

In recognition and appreciation by the Government of Maharashtra, Certificate of Appreciation is also presented to the founder, Prreeti Jaiin Nainutia by Shri Sudhir Mungatiwar, Minister of Forest Government (Maharashtra), Shri Venu Gopal Reddy, Principal Secretary for Forest and Shri Parrag Jaiin Nainutia, Principal Secretary for Textiles.

Furthermore, Nirmooha was actively noticed distributing free masks across the slum areas during the pandemic of COVID-19, to help and support the ones in need and to spread awareness about the deadliness of COVID.

Nirmooha strongly combines fashion and service to the society. The custom designed collections in collaboration with the Divyaj Foundation for big charity events is another unparalleled instance.

A bespoke collection for the acid victim survivors for “The Confidence Walk” initiated by the then first lady of Maharashtra, Mrs. Amruta Fadnavis. Designer Prreeti Jaiin Nainutia was felicitated by the Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis for the contribution. The show was honoured in the presence of Chief Minister of Maharashtra, BMC Commissioner, Police Commissioner of Mumbai and other influencers from all walks of life.

Another bespoke collection for the finalists leading to the grand finale of the reality show, “Mitti Ke Sitare”, in association with Mpower on June 22nd at NSCI Dome, Mumbai. The 3-staged series were mastered and trained by the musical icon: Shankar Mahadevan, outfits for the grand finale of which was designed by Nirmooha admired in the presence of Shri. Devendra Fadnavis, the then Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Mrs. Amruta Fadnavis, Founder of Divyaj Foundation, Grammy Award winner Mr. Jerry Wonda as Guest of Honour and Padma Shri Shankar Mahadevan as the Special Guest among other noted dignitaries.
