Puja Arya
Puja Arya studied fashion at NIFT for two years, and this was well complemented with a scholarship by the Nottingham Trent University and the Charles Wallace Trust Fund (British council) to complete her course at Nottingham Trent University, UK. Pujas collection at NTU was selected for a grand showing at the ‘Graduate Fashion Week in London along with the best design collections from all over the United Kingdom.
Puja showcased to the world through the highly esteemed Japanese Fashion channel TOKYO FASHION EXPRESS (NHK) – the only Indian designer whose entire way of working and workshop in Jaipur have been profiled.
Her collections retails at Evoluzione, Evolv, Ogaan and Collage to name a few stores. Internationally the collection retails at Beams, Japan.
For AW13 the designer has made a hand printed collection for quirky Ms quirky a collection inspired by 70s styling with hand embroideries.
