Inspired by Hawaiian prints, graphic wallpaper, prickly cacti and intricate orchids that interpret a second skin, Sanchita’s resort and spring/summer 2017 collection is reminiscent of a surrealistic tropical garden in its fullest, lushest glory. The essence of the collection moulds contrasting organic materials with vivid abstract prints and rough textures into artisanal handicraft.
Never one to follow conventional thinking, this season Sanchita starts dressing from the bottom up where fun and eccentric footwear takes centre stage, complemented by ‘easy chic’ ready-to-wear with a coastal touch.
