Change is an inevitable aspect of existence. It is observed in everything which one can perceive. Even when an object or a form changes, there is something inherent that remains the same. It is an unseen reality which creates oneness in everything that is known as “Creation”. It is the existence of creation which uninterruptedly passes through every change. If we free ourselves to look beyond the perceivable, we can witness the consistent, uninterrupted and pure existence of creation.
The collection follows through the reassessment of key pillars which also define the arc of my creative journey. While doing that it was inevitable to restrain from today’s perception and I discovered some elements from my previous process which were unnoticed then.
It composes of textures and state-of-the-art silhouettes mostly speaking through layers and mixes of drapes and constructions.
Minimal interventions of textures so as to not change the true nature of the textiles. Subtle hues all the way from black to colors convey festivity but also tranquility and balance. The color story and textures prominently carries the reference in time.
Inspired from different weaves from India, the silhouettes mostly speak through layers and mixes of drapes.
The outfits are conceived in order to be able to use at least three different layers each one by itself, allowing prolonged use and diverse matching in search of maximum circularity.
Sustainability keeps being my strong focus and with the aim of making it transparent also to my final customers we have traced all processes through Blockchain in order to make it clear and certain.
