The AW16 collection depicts a new age woman: strong, confident & independent with a twist of craft revival ”MASHRU/MISRU” which means “allowed/acceptance”. The craft of weaving Mashru was an invention of Mughals in Gujarat region, with a specific weave. Where face of the fabric is silk and back is cotton . Which can also connect with the inner and outer strength of a WOMAN .
The predominant silhouettes will be Robes and Kedia Jackets with a twist of reds, jade & black as basics.
