Rehane’s collection channeled a military chic vibe and gave us feminine ensembles in three principle colours- khaki, dull good and fiery red. Key styles showcased included shift dresses, maxis and A line dresses with a retro twist. Rehane created an interesting fusion of feminine glamour and masculinity with her creations and dresses were accessorized with military hats and berets to emphasize on the gender neutral quality of this collection.

Like several other collections this season, this one too flirted with understated elements and glimpses of androgyny included in the detailing of the garments. A special mention to the designer’s aesthetic use of colour blocking that was seen in the jackets showcased in the collection. Hints of gold made their way into each of the ensembles in the form of sequins, beading, lace and threadwork. Layering was another key feature of the collection and separates were paired together for almost each ensemble to create the final look.

Fabrics used included raw silk and mesh intertwined with traditional embroidery. Some of the garments were reminiscent of Victorian inspired style complete with empire waists and lace detailing to the necklines.
